Soft darjeeling aromas with some light jasmine notes as well with a hint of honey. Sweet tea like body on the palate but easily quaffable. Not really beer like but OK for what Johana wants to do.

600 yen (200ml) on tap at Craftheads. 5% A clear gold with a thick foamy white head with great staying power the nose is sweet & tea like the taste is a sugary tea, tasty enough but not at all beer like. Sweet, Darjeeling tea, candy sugar a hint of cardboard. I guess weird beers are the niche Johana is trying to carve out. Interesting, too sweet though it gets somewhat cloying. Ok I guess.
