A splendid blonde ale was soured for a year in a neutral barrel that previously held rum. Our Indiana native tropical fruit, Paw Paw, was added, and allowed to re-ferment. We then aged it for an additional six months. The result – a tart, refreshing lambic style ale. Tropical fruit aromas, crisp tart acidic bite, and a smooth, light fruity flavor.

Bottle shared. Chardonnay nose. Light oak, honey, gooseberry. Clean and crisp. Quaffable like a Riesling. Solid. Light Muscat tartness.
