12 ounce can, and finally a beer from the rando grocery store that's not horribly out of date. Hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of floral, tangerine, grapefruit, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, pine, lime, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, lingering bitterness. Solid.

Cloudy pale pour from a can. Mild floral sweeter perfume aroma whose nose leaves no possible indication of the onslaught to begin. Taste is big and bold hops, this is an IPA, my ratebeerian friends. Yes, big bitter IPA, so terrible. If yer thinkin this is going to be refreshing, guess again, it immediately puts you on yyerrrrr toez. Yes, I've tasted double impy mouth coating viscous IPA that was milder than this giggah jiggahwatt. Big nasty strong in yer face with each slug. Yes, slugs to the palate, first a sucker punch, then, a cross, and I think it finishes with an uppercut, whew. Difficult brutal palate wrecking rasp bastard file. Same with finish, what else can be said? Seems like so much more than 6%!! Somebody please give me a cheap friendly pale lager for a chaser.

sampled on draft this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish, bitter and tart with pine and floral hops. The flavor was bitter, musty, grainy and had pine and rough floral hop elements. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 10/14/2016. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, papaya, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, pine, honey, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, papaya, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, pine, honey, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, papaya, lemon/orange rind, pepper, pine, honey, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and some slight increasing hop astringency after the finish, but not overwhelming. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky/resinous, and bready/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is a very nice American pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. Very bright/juicy hops with a nice malt backbone. Would have preferred this to be less resin/rindy and quickly drying; but it is still very drinkable and enjoyable.

Can from West Side. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam. Tons of grapefruit, papaya and tangerine. Super crushable at 5.4%. Medium bitterness with a yuzu edge. Bitter finish but not overly so. These guys do light, hoppy beers so well! Nice drop!

Can pour into taster cup at One Stop Market 30th Anniversary. Appearance is light brown with nice sparkle, decent off-white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is light fruit, spiciness. Taste is malts with mix of spice and resiny bitterness. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation with finish like taste. Overall, a balance of malts and hops but not quite the juiciness as advertised.
