Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus and light tart aroma. Tart and light spice flavor with citrus. Medium bodied. Light sourness and grapefruit linger with light spice.

Bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus orange tart notes and some spice. Taste is more of the nice citrus touch and plenty funk.

Draught @ Morro Bay location on 4/16/19. Faintly cloudy golden with very small frothy whitish head, faint earthy aroma, high carbonation, mildly sour earthy taste, thin body, long finish. A bit too sour for a saison, for my taste.

Bottle at Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy gold with frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, funk, citrus. Slick body, lemon zest, yeast, lignt tartness, good.

Tap at Half Barrel dirty gold beer small head. Nose is funky for sure. Tastes of funky cheese, musty cellar floor, candied lemon peel, some white grape. Slight sour plenty funky finish. Interesting. Only got small pour which this brewery prices are crazy so nice to get to reasonably.

4 oz pour on draft at B Side, wine glass. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, tart notes, stone fruit. Tastes of stone fruit, light tart notes, oak, funk. Medium body with a dry finish. Knew nothing about this brewery or saison, total sleeper. Nice surprise!
