Tap at Mikkeller and Friends in Shimokita. Pours a copper with a finger of foam that lingers. Boozy on the nose with some cinnamon, yeast and caramel notes. Some piney, caramel bitterness on the palate and a bit sweet. The booze really comes through on the finish.
