Had this at Beach Muffin. This was a soft, well balanced ale with a lot of ginger on both the nose and palate.

Tap at Beach Muffin. Fairly clear gold with a small white head. Honey and biscuit malt on the nose with generous whiffs of lemongrass and ginger. Medium light body and well-rounded mouthfeel. Lemongrass, ginger and honey really come out on the palate but are really kept in check and not overdone like so many beers with these spices.
