Belay On is a hopped up version of our blonde ale. It drinks much like a session pale ale, with plenty of danky aroma and a tuned up bitterness.

Draft at Flying Saucer, Nashville. Clear pale gold, white head. Citrus aroma. Taste of citrus, pine. Quite hoppy. Is this really a golden ale?

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lots of bright orange pith and city’s zest in the nose. Some light toasted biscuit malt on the palate, more citrus. Good body for a SIPA. Easy drinking and very enjoyable. More of an IPA hopped APA. Good stuff.

Nice hybrid beer, bringing the biscuity malt brightness of a blonde ale together with a strong citric hop bitterness. Orange-laced front grows dry and toasty in the middle, yet the backend swings back pale ale-ish with a citrus-floral finish and a resinous fade. Oberon-esque, yet it might actually be a little more hop-forward and clean. Solid brew.
