"Over The Counter" is our 8.8% DIPA brewed to celebrate 30 years of the great Max’s Taphouse. Brewed with an obscene amount of Citra, Motueka, and Falconers Flight, then dry hopped w/ the same.

NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit and tropical fruit. Taste is not bitter. Pretty sweet but also has some dryness. Quite good.

Draft pour at SG 2 Year Anniversary Party. Pours a hazy golden orange with a finger of foam that lingers. Big pungent orange candy nose with some lemon and mango. Creamy on the palate, with a lot of sherbet and gelato-like texture. Sweet with some lingering prickly bitterness, but very mild.

Sampled a couple of different ways at Max’s, pours a murky orange with some creamy, white head. Nose has plenty of orange, grapefruit, tangerine, guava, mango, lime. Flavor is sweet, fruity, bubblegum, mango, tangerine. Bitter, sticky finish.
