Starting with a classic saison recipe of simply Pilsner malt and Saaz hop, this earthy and phenolic farmhouse is transformed by a healthy dry hop of Galaxy hops. Finishing very dry, the spice and hops balance wonderfully before being naturally carbonated in each bottle with champagne yeast, bringing a spritzy, effervescence to your palette.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear orange-gold with a finger of foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Light tropical nose with some durian and lychee notes...touch of pineapple. Clean saison yeast notes. Light grass and grain on the palate. Pretty solid saison with a fun dry-hop.
