Аромат на удивление не только банана но и манго некого фруктового пюре с нотками хмеля. Цвет очень мутный, темно желтый с постоянной белой пеной. Вкус начинается с не совсем приятной фруктово-приторной горчинкой. На оттенке ощущается легкая цветочность и спелые фрукты вроде банана и манго. Послевкусие резкое, продолжительное, в меру дрожжевое, также немного банана и сладости, также можно ощутить солод. После глотка пиво приятно греет горло. Алкоголь абсолютно не чувствуется. В целом на аромат это пиво лучше чем на вкус.

Bottle from the LCBO. A lighly sweet light hay malt, lovely balanced hops of citrus, pith, some resin a touch of hops burn. So good.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma beige grana medio/fine persistente, colore giallo/arancio torbido con lieviti in sospensione, al naso intenso agrumi e banana poi ananas lieviti chiodi di garofano, in bocca è morbida vellutata agrumi banana vino Zibibbo frutta esotica leggero chiodi di garofano spezie note erbacee, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, lieve acidula e astringente, dolce con amaro moderato. Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di frumento e di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso Sul palato si fermano sentori di miele, crosta di panettone, frumento, fieno bagnato, nocciola, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, arancia, limone e mandarino.

Tap at Schneider. Cloudy golden. Lime, melon, gooseberry, hay. Taste is full, front heavy but balanced. Muddled. Not bad. But had better.

En vaso weizen, aunque quizá no fue la mejor opción para esta cerveza. Color anaranjado, muy turbia, espuma blanco hueso de mediana retención. En nariz una explosión de frutas tropicales, hierba, levadura, plátano, especias, lúpulo... En boca es de cuerpo medio, sedosa, al igual que como ocurre con el aroma, muestra una explosión de matices harto jugosa y compleja, dulce, amarga, y algo cítrica, notas de piña, mango, pomelo, levadura, cereal, resina, plátano, pimienta, clavo...Espectacular, una perfecta fusión entre la tradición bávara y la fiebre lupular norteamericana.
