Carefully made with 300 lbs locally grown pie pumpkins, roasted, pureed and added to the boil. A late addition of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves adds the perfect spice without overpowering the beers solid malt backbone.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear, orange-gold with a finger of foam. Pumpkin pie nose, light clove and cinnamon. Cardamom on the palate, nutmeg and pumpkin pie. Surprisingly not sweet. Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice pumpkin and pumpkin spice note with sweet grains underlying. Flavor is similar with earthy pumpkin, light spice and a grain backbone.
