That’s as legit a milkshake IPA as I’ve had. Definitely hop flavor balanced really well with strawberry and a creamy finish. Matt L. do yourself a favor and try to find this one!

From a pint can. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of strawberries and vanilla. Flavors are moderately bitter with some cinnamon. Hmmm

Can. Pours hazy golden, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is berries and lactose cream, fruit, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Less gross than expected.

Lots of strawberry, lots of cake. Really tastes like the cake. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Sweet finish. Tap at Snally.

Draft at the source. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers, then dissipates. Strawberry forward nose, faint lemon and cream. Damn, yep they nailed this. Pillowy texture on the palate. Just endless amounts of strawberries and cream. As it warms some of the citrus and heady aromas from the hops sit next to the berries and cream quite well. Finish has some light citrus tang, strawberries and cream. My favorite of the Upside Down Cake series so far.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a great strawberry shortcake note with a nice creaminess. Flavor also has a great strawberry shortcake note with grass and a light bitterness.
