Draft at the Family Wash. Pours a hazy-ish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely pithy, iyokan-forward nose with lots of white grapefruit and a touch of lemon zest as it warms. Citrusy on the palate and super refreshing. Finish is bitter, but the citrus notes balance it out well. Low malt bill as well.
