A new version of an American classic. Our pale ale bursts with citrus and herbal hop aroma and flavor, featuring the newly discovered Amarillo hop variety – along with generous Perle and Cascade hops. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, this beer gives a great malty body with a cleansing hop finish.

A bit of a throwback IPA, more interested in pine and prolonged, resinous bitterness than any of those newfangled tropical fruit flavors beer nerds love so much these days. Makes for a quaint pint, hoppy as all get out with a semisweet malt base offering up caramel and a slight bit of orange marmalade. Grows bready towards the middle, and the finish is all piney Northwest IBUs, peppery and thick. Kinda uninspired, with a little too much booze on the fade, but drinkable. Good pour, a bright, clear gold with a modest head and tons of lace. Nose is weak, bread and pine and a little caramel, and the texture’s spiky and warm. Okay beer.

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear copper with a finger of foam. Piney nose, with roasted caramel and overripe oranges. Harshly bitter, old-ish malts with moldy oranges. Not really a fan of this old school IPA. I kind of expect more in 2017.

Clear amber color, small tiny white head. Lifght riped fruits in the hoppy aroma. Light to medium-bodied (listed as 7.2%). Flavour is ryeish, fruity and sweetish. Some overriped fruits. Not very solid.

Light citrus and some booze. A little perfumed vibe like car fresheners. Golden pour with decent head. Tap at brewpub.

Bottle 1 pint, 9.4 oz. Bottle says 8% abv. Hazy gold with a tall mostly white head. Aroma of pine, grass and fresh fruit. The flavor is bitter with a tropical fruit thing going on. Surprisingly easy drinking for a 8% beer.
