Our pale ale bursts with citrus and herbal hop aroma and flavor, featuring the newly discovered Amarillo hop variety – along with generous Perle and Cascade hops. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, this beer gives a great malty body with a cleansing hop finish.

Tap at Opryland Hotel. Gold in color with a small head. Aroma is very hoppy with not much malt. Taste is really too bitter for my taste.

From tap at Yazoo Brewing Company, Nashville. Piney and fruity aroma with ripe orange, malt, resin, tangerine, and some caramel. Fairly sweet and bitter, body is medium. Piney and fruity with plenty of malt, uremarkable but not bad.

Pithy orange nose. Cloudy orange, medium head, lot of floating sediment, good lace. Grass, orange peel, fairly dry. Light to medium body, easy carbonation.

Rachel brought this one back from a trip to TN.+++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange color with a medium sized fluffy orange-tan head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was caramel, pine and had a metallic note. The flavor was tangy, piney, bitter, rough and metallic. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Meh.

Draught @ Drop-off Service. Cloudy orange with very small foamy off-white head, very faint orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter orange peel taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Quite orangey and bitter.

Sample at Jack Daniel’s Restaurant at Opryland. Clear dark orange color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
