Can at Flying Saucer, Memphis. Nicely grainy malts with straw, some cereal and hay, mild grassy noble hops. Light sweet with a solid Pilsener bitterness. Body is medum. Very tasty Pils.

Can dated 062817, sampled on 101319: Grass and grape nuts nose. Cloudy amber, thick head. Grainy and grassy. Medium body, easy carbonation. No off flavors at all despite this being a 2 year old pilsner. Remarkable.

Okay pilsener, heavy on the cereal grains and lacking the solid pils crispness of its European brethren. Minor green apple esters add complexity, yet the light floral hopping on the back end begs for more depth. Crisp texture helps, but not all that remarkable overall.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a full finger & a half of pillowy foam that lingers. Grainy granola, light and crisp. Regarding, crisp bready malts. Nice pils. --- Beer merged from original tick of TN Times Pilsner on 09 Jul 2017 at 19:32 - Score: 7. Original review text: Grainy granola, light and crisp. Regarding, crisp bready malts. Nice pils.
