East Coast Pale hopped at our Double IPA rate with 100% Citra.

A little bit talkative, a little bit bright and flashy, a lot a bit citra. This 5% east coast pale, dry hopped at DIPA rate with nothing but citra, speaks for itself.

Tasting Notes: citra, citra, citra

Tall can. Cloudy yellow with a tall, loose white head that falls quickly. Aroma of pineapple and grapefruit. The flavor is bitter and citrusy. Fruity and juicy on a light palate.

Can. Thanks Adrian! Pours a hazy gold with a finger of creamy foam that lingers. Big, hoppy nose with lots of citrus and mango. A little light on the palate, but still really solid. Low perceived bitterness with good tropical notes on the finish. Stellar, but would like to revisit when a tad younger.

Unmistakably a Bearded Iris beer, with a big juicy hop profile and an utterly opaque yellow-gold color. Nose is big citrus hops, grapefruit and passionfruit and lemon, bright and acidic. Pours the expected cloudy haze, yet lacks any head or lace. Taste starts with a opening salvo of green, dripping Citra hops, a citrus fruit salad with a little pineapple thrown in for good measure, on top of a mildly sweet caramel malt base, maybe some biscuit underneath. Stays citric and strong, almost reaching Berliner Weiss levels of lemony tartness, then gains a minor bitterness on the finish. Texture seems off, almost flat and lifeless, and the unending waves of Citra grow fatiguing before you finish the tallboy. If you like Bearded Iris, you’ll dig it. If you like Bearded Iris but wish they’d expand their repertoire the slightest bit, you might be less enthused.
