Can. Thanks Adrian! Clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Bit of lemon, lychee, durian and dank aromas jumping out of the glass. Nice pils-like malt on the palate with lemon and lychee. Finish has some fruit skin. Light bitterness. Definitely a new world Keller, but another win for Bearded Iris.

Tall can. Mostly clear medium yellow with a tall white head. Sweet, spicy aroma The flavor is crisp light bitterness, a touch of grain. I’m not sure this follows "style guidelines" for a Pils, but it’s a tasty beer.

Kinda exactly how I imagined a Bearded Iris pils would taste: just like everything else they brew, only with a mild variation in the yeast and malting. Giant juicy citra hops punch you in the face, followed by a mild grainy pilsner malt brightness coupled with a lingering bitter hoppy back end. Lemonade with crackers on top of a floral fade. Pours a hazed gold, but the head and lace are fleeting. Nose is strange, yeast more than anything with a citric hop undercurrent. Good texture. As pale ale-ish as a pils can be. Eh.
