Alternate Takes #4 is our funky farmhouse ale bursting with notes of juicy apricot, earthy sourness & balanced hints of vanilla & oak. It begins its life on French-Oak wine barrels where it is fermented with brettanomyces for 7 months before being blended with apricots & re-fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast.

Draft @ Atomic Kitchen, Las Vegas, NV. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak sour bretty apricot aroma. Fruity malty sour tart oaky bretty apricot flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy bretty sour apricot finish.

Draft at Growler USA. Golden clear with pleasant tart apricot and sour lemon taste. Dry sour finish.

Tap at J’s. Pours a clear gold with a small white head that lingers. Tart lemon, gooseberry and big oak-forward aromas. Lingonberry. Quite musty on the palate with a dry woody finish and some lingering tartness. Solid!

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild bretty and slight sourish. Citrusy, sour and medium dry. Lingering crisp sourish finish.
