We can't believe it's been 15 years either! To recognize this milestone, we brewed a refreshing wheat ale, low in bitterness but full of juicy, citrus hop notes from dry-hopping with Denali and Sabro hops, and running the beer through our hop extractor machine. Here's to 15 years of Yazoo!

Surprising choice for a 15th anniversary ale--you'd expect something bigger and louder--but I appreciate the nuance. Subtle grass and tart notes mingle nicely with grapefruit, pine, and stone fruit from the hops, with a moderate bitterness on the back end accented by lime zest, pepper, and toast. Lovely citrus-pine nose. Nice pint.

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy orange-gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Tropical forward nose with kiwi, lychee and white grapefruit pith. As it warms some onion and garlic notes come out. Lovely crackery malt with some light creaminess. Orange pith and zest, green banana and kiwi again. Super crushable. Happy 15 Brandon and everyone over at Yazoo/ETF!
