From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is citrussy hops with mild herbal Mosaic, orange, softly tropical, bit sweetish and medium bitter. Body is medium. Pleasant Mosaic IPA.

Part of mix pack, only two rate but want to get GA to 100. Muddled orange yellow and sudsy head. Nos eis herbal strawberry. Tastes of strawberry, chemicals, perfume, grapefruit some orange and lime. Medium bodied. Zesty

Aroma of pine oils. Taste has loads of citrus. Palate has pine and more pine on the nose, lingering on the nasal cavity, good.

Hazy yellow gold with a large white head that lingered and left good lacing. Tangy, sweetish and somewhat bitter with vague fruity hops. Medium finish and body.

Resin aroma. Taste is citrus tropical fruit with a sweet backbone and moderate citrus hop bitterness. Good hop flavor without overpowering bitterness.

I tend to be a fan of Mosaic hops but less enamored of NE style IPAs. So here we have an enigma with Sweetwater's Mosaic Single Hop Hazy IPA. Here in my hand is a 12 oz can that was bought a few weeks back in Ft. Worth. A snifter from Buffalo Bayou gets the duty tonight, I see a surprisingly bright yellow body with a strong head of snow white foam. In the scent the hops seem to be on top of the juice. A drink confirms that, grass, hops, varnish and pineapple with just a bit of juiciness. Not bad , not great, you get my drift.

On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest Hatchery Series 1. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and blueberry. Slick body, juicy, tropical fruit, light dank, resin bitterness, very nice.

12oz can at Bench Warmers. Pours cloudy orange with lots of floaters, small off-white head and light lacing. Tropical fruit, lemon, watermelon and grapefruit. Good

I really like mosaic hops, here we get a nice floral and citrus nose and flavor. Low IBU though, and so in the end, it just didn't feel like an IPA. Hazy golden, firm even white head.
