12oz can. So much going on that it works kind of well. Throwing in all those flavors that sort of taste like wild beer on top of the authentic Brett melds together well. Big kiwi, orange, pineapple. Black tea adds some depth perhaps. Pleasantly sour. Pretty unique, good.

Good wild saison, even if the strong citric acidity overpowers the adjuncts in a tidal wave of jaw-setting sourness. Hints of tea and coconut pop in the fade, mixing with a slight funky oak undertone and lingering lacto bite. Not bad, but I’d love to try a mellower version if this beer, one with less tart and more funk.

Draft at Yazoo. Pours an orange ruby color with a finger of foam that lingers. Brett nose with blackberry, saison yeast, pear and faint cherry. Spritzy carbonation, bright cherry notes. Lightly tart, coconut as it warms up. Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head. The aroma is pineapple and coconut. Thin mouth, spice, coconut, tart finish, good.
