Fanny Pack Convention, crafted in collaboration with Paul from CloudWater Brewing of Manchester, England, was brewed with local barley, two different varieties of local rye and local malted oats. Fermented with Fonta Flora’s mixed house cultures and then double dry hopped (DDH!!!!) during fermentation. Fermented again atop local/native scuppernong grapes. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle. 750 ml bottles.

Bottle shared at Zack's Epic Tasting. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Very floral nose with leafy hops, mineral and vinous white muscat aromas. Great carbonation with more vinous oak, citrus, and light tropical fruit notes. Smooth on the finish with a nice dry, vinous character.
