Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and powerful nice sour aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour guava notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch unknown (blend 1) - BBF: June 2029. AROMA: medium to medium-high blend of guava, citrus, slight wood and floral. medium sour background with an almost neutral character. slight phenolic note (clove). APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial to low phenolic note (plastic-like) that vanishes, followed by medium-high blend of guava and oak, slight citrus (lime/lemony), and medium-low lactic sourness almost acetic. low bitterness and dry and sour finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: although the aroma is better than the flavor its still a nice wild fruit ale.

Flaska från Baghaven. Smått disig gul med kritvit krona. Markant guava i doften som drar åt lite kemiska toner, rengöringsmedel, etc. Samma i smaken, med rena toner från guavan. Mycket mineraler. Något lättare kropp, kunde haft lite mer botten. Levererar ändå stabilt som övriga fruktsurisar från Baghaven. Gott.

A murky, golden beer, a big yeast particles poured into the glass, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has sourness, grapes, apple, barnyard, ginger, lime, very complex. Taste has grapes, barnyard, lime. The sourness is strong, but it comes smoothly, nice. Medium bodied. Great beer, balanced and complex.

Bottle at Ratebeer Odense, November 2019. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity, spicy and tropical fruity aroma with a funky touch. Dry, fruity flavour with tropical fruit juice and a funky touch of mint.
