A classic saison brewed with Saaz and Tettnang. Pilsner malt and flaked wheat form the malt base, saison yeast finishes the job, making it bonedry. Cheers !

Pours clear, strawyellow. Smell is refined, saaz ( reminding of a good lager, or a duvel ) . Taste is full, sharp, bit bitter, intense hopspice. Nice alternative with a lower ABV for a duvel.

Head gone in seconds, lemonjuice coloured beer. Bit meaty esters, herbs, fine hops, faraway pale malts, also a tad other grains impression. Citrussy flavour, lemony but hardly sourish at all. I even get some restsugars. Light, medium carbonation, not much aftertaste. Light, no faults, but I'm not getting excited.
