Unfiltered Bolleke aged on a Bowmore wisky vat, 2nd use. Fermented inside the barrel with a wild Brett yeast strain. A collab between the brewer and the bartenders of the brewery.

Pours rather unclear amber. Nearly no head. Smell is full, bit funky (brett ) . Taste is full, tart, brett, bit smokey almost ( i only later found out this was aged in a barrel of peated whisky, so that explains it ) , caramel and sweetness true to the basebeer are lost. The blend of tastes really didnt work to me.
