Malty cookie aroma. Malty, hopbitter flavor with butterscotch. Fairly long bitter aftertaste. One of the better Dutch maibocks.

Bottle. Deep golden, clear, moderate white head. Average retention. Notable lacing. Candy, sugar syrup, strong wine on nose. Medium body. Oily texture. The flavour unveals malty sides of grains, candy, wine with proper bitterness from hops & alco. Very well rounded mouthfeel. Bittersweet long ending. Same aftertaste. Good (at least).

Clear golden colour, good frothy white head, recedes gradually to foamy layer, good lacing. Sweet malty nose, bread, caramel, some honey, floral hops, citrus, hint of alcohol. Medium sweet, quite malty, slightly bitter. Medium to full body, light creamy texture; smooth bitter finish, soft fruity and spicy notes. Well-made.

Sugar water like bock beer. Very sweet, with some chemical tones of fruit. Quite bad.
