Tastes of a solid weizenbock. Cleanly brewed beer, no head formation at all, similar to big bockbiers, maybe not quite as complex and good as a salvator or something. D&S Dresden

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Boris, cheers! Pours hazy golden orange with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of toffee, fruit, banana, sweet malt, wheat, brown sugar and yeast. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, oily/sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet caramel finish.

Geruch erinnert etwas an Sherry. Geschmack malzig, vergoren fruchtig.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey dark golden to amber colur with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Condensed, fruity yeasty and fruity hoppy aroma, notes of banana and dried fruit, peach, apricot, prune, a touch of white grapes, some peppery yeasty spiciness. Taste is sweet, wheaty and yeasty fruity, notes of banana, hints of bubblegum, strawberry, a minimally warming alcoholic touch; creamy, almost mushy texture, soft and creamy, minimally sticky palate.

Small rocky off white head left a good cover on a hazy orange coloured still body. Tangerine, spices & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, soft & tingly over the tongue with a cloying back. Sweet citrus, orange, yeast, lemon & spice tastes with a peppery finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, grain and alcohol, wit malty touches. Sweetish flavour of fruit, yeast and malt, wit bitter nites of hops and alcohol. Estery and boozy aftertaste with malty notes. Warming alcohol presence. Okay. Not that aggressive for the style, after all.

Bottle, 9.5%. Sweet, malty and syrupy aroma. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweet with some yeast and a good dried fruit note. A little disturbing paper and/or bread in the finish, but not a big problem. A slightly sweet beer with a drier finish. A little alcohol bitterness in the finish as well.
