500ml bottle from Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a mostly lasting, big, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is grainy malt, banana, smoky bacon. The flavour is yeast, spicy smoked meats, with a smooth, rich, banana, bubblegum, light floral, slightly acidic, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Plenty going on! but everything contributes and nothing dominates.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, colore marrone torbido, al naso subito affumicato chiodi di garofano castagne legno, in bocca è cremosa crosta di pane caldarroste chiodi di garofano wurstel leggero banana, carbonazione moderata, corpo leggero, acidula, amaro percettibile. L’affumicato non è invadente il che la rende piacevole e scorrevole. Ottima ed equilibrata. Qualità eccelsa c. Fatti una birra 18.06.21

500ml bottle - Pours a murky amber- brown colour with a huge modtly lasting off-white head. A woody smoky aroma, its not acrid and grainy malts and ripe fruit notes are present. A moderately sweet and smoky taste, sweet bready malts and banana flavours and a sweetish finish. Nice.

Barwa jasnobrunatna, zmętnione, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie banan, kiełbasa. W smaku dość wytrawne, lekko kwaskowe, banan, wędzonka kiełbasiana na średnim poziomie. Goryczka niska, wysycenie w normie, ciała lekko brakuje. Bottle at home, 15th December 2020. Pours a mahogany brown, big growing head. Aroma is dark malts, smoke, peat. Taste is smoke, light malts, earthy, peat, chocolate. Refreshing and interesting smoked beer, good stuff

Bottle from Cobbett's, Dorking. Smokey bitter aroma over sweet yeasty banana and citrus. Opaque chestnut. Foamy beige head. The smoke compliments the sweet sour edged banana, citrus and cloves of the weizen, and smooths it all out and adds a caramelised element. Medium bodied. Creamy. Sticky even. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent. Good stuff. Works so well.
