330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly grainy, minimally spicy, pale malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of protein, whiffs of apricot. Taste is slightly spicy, minimally biscuity and grainy, pale malty, slightly citrusy fruity and herbal-grassy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, initial hints of biscuit with some residual sweetness, some protein, a touch of apricot, citrusy fruity hoppy middle part with hints of lemon, later more herbal-grassy with a touch of thistle and mild bitterness.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally "chewy" palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, drinkable, profits from non-filtration - very nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'REWE' (Wyk auf Föhr), best before November 2023. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a bit floral aroma of grains, some straw and hints of spicy hops. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and a little floral taste of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay.

13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Bought at Getranke Hoffmann, Wees. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of grass, flowers, malt, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, quite fizzy. Okay.

Swingtop bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a solid, lacing white head. Amazing aroma of flowery hops and pale malts. Medium body, a malty sweetness and just almost enough bittering hops for balance. Superbly drinkable. 101121
