Draft pour, enjoyed at Bruery Terreux, Anaheim. Cloudy and bright golden blonde pour. Tart orange fruit aroma, apricot, orange and peach. Sharper sour fruit flavor. Peach is pretty dominant. Solid and unique

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/18/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang; and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, peppercorn, light leather/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and yeast/oak spiciness balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness, tangy fruit, yeast/oak spiciness, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation, and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is an awesome fruited sour/wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the moderately acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Extremely juicy fruits and balanced Brett/bacteria complexity; nice oak presence, and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fuzzy peaches upfront, with acidic tartness and light citrus. Flavour is quite perfumery, with citric notes, gentle acidity, and perfumey notes. Too acidic and perfumery. Not feeling this.

Taster at Alibi Room during The Bruery tap takeover. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is sour with peach notes. Similar taste, quite acidic, but smooth at the same time. Interesting.

750mL capped bottle. Pours with a medium frothy head. All head and lacing eventually disappear due to acid, I assume. Clear pale beer but gets hazy with last pour. Lots of junk in bottom of bottle. This is peach, this sour, and it's acidic. It is as advertised. But it fortunately isn't too acidic or sour. And I can actually taste the peach, which is strong and natural. Dries out at the end with peach essence leftover. I really don't buy Bruery beer but his was new and somehow half price at a local store. For $11 this is a steal but that's not the typical cost.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-09 getrunken. Dieses orangefarbende Ale kommt mit einem wunderbaren Pfirsich-Aroma und deutlichen SÀure daher. Dieses Ale macht einfach nur Spaß.
