Tap@Warpigs British Invasion TTO, Copenhagen (01/08/2017) - golden orange pour with white covering. Prominent notes of strawberry and vanilla come together, only getting a subdued touch of chocolate, lacto and yogurt, creamy sweet finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, cheese, hops, malt and yoghurt. Sweet finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and vanilla. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 020817

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy. Sweet, vanilla, sweet. Sweet, light fruity. Lingering sweet finish.

Keg at HL3, 27/07/17. Golden orange with a decent white head. Nose is airy malts, citric peel, vanilla essence, tangerine, grass. Taste comprises sweet notes, orange peel, mango, light berry whisper, more vanilla, pale malts, straw, peaches and cream. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fun stuff if a little sweet and does what it says on the tin well. Not sure this should be dumped in the catch all fruit beer class just cos of a few strawberries!?!

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Hazy amber with a head. Its strawberry light but provides a notable sugary sweetness to the ale, with nothing overbearing about it. Quite crisp.

Bottle from The Angel Bottle Shop, Bicester, consumed at home Thursday 6th July 2017 whilst making Thai Turkey Burgers for a BBQ Glorious looking deep free range yolky orange with a busy white head. The nose is mostly vanilla with a creamy milkshake touch. The chocolate and strawberries play there part and certainly add a very interesting mix, I remember Neopolitan Ice Cream from my childhood and this does remind a little, it’s soft, creamy but still beery. Lovely A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the Hop Locker I - London. Pours clear, rich orange-hold with a thick, creamy white head. Certainly some strawberry essence in the aroma, with suggestions of dusty cocoa, some ripening citrus fruits. Light-medium sweet flavour with notable chalky cocoa, light piney bitterness, some orange, mellow strawberries. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with further dry and powdery cocoa, further oily line, melon, strawberry, understated pale bread. Pretty well executed concept beer. Quite enjoyable.

330ml can from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Murky orange colour with a one finger white head. Aroma: wow, actually getting Neapolitan ice cream here, vanilla, strawberries, some chocolate, some light hop notes too. Taste: sweet, lots of vanilla backed up by chocolate and strawberries, light hoppy bitterness. Smooth creamy mouthfeel, medium body. Wow, can’t believe how much I liked this; seems like it shouldn’t work as a beer but it’s so good on such a hot day, craving some actual Neapolitan ice cream now.
