Pours dark brown from the bottle. A creamy, tan head lingers. Aroma is toffee, chocolate. Taste is sweet, lingering toffee and licorice dominate the finish. No real bitterness but it stays dry, the sweetness is not cloying. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, a nice porter that feels somewhat like a dessert beer.

Thanks! Draft sampled @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Sadly didn’t take more info about this beer assuming that everything is on the internet these days. Dark brown to black, little head. Nose is dull basic coffee, bit stale mocha, low roast, brown sugar, low roast. Taste is bit too plastic but fair with cacao, burned sugar, chocolate, basic low weird gravy & dash of soy sauce in the finish, body is umami, touch empty. Overall fair & pleasant beer.
