bottle from pivnizub, I think - cheers! Deep black with a beige-brown head. Malty, pleasantly sweet with dark chocolate and some coffee flavours. Well balanced.

33cl bottle. Poured cola brown color. Thin off white head. Roasted malty aroma, some chocolate. Mild ashyness, roastedness, chocolate and tobacco. Quite dry finish. Light to medium bodied. Ok.

Dark brown. Aroma is mushroom licorice soy sauce heavy melasses. Taste is umami dusty bitter soy sauce and melasses. Quite round. Ok.

Bottle, almost black with a thin head. Coffee roast sweet soy nose. Flavor is not so thick as expected, but an interesting Umami-roasted-grain flavor mix. Good complexity.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, earthy, a bit liquorice. Taste is chocolate, liquorice, earthy, mild roast, iodine. Velvety mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good!

(Draught at Biererei, Kreuzberg, Berlin, 10 May 2019) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and black rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. A bit stoutish, but tasty and well made. Nice one.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Near black with a thin lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, liqourice, fruits and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Nice.
