Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, sweetness. Taste malts, sweetness, lightly metallic, a slight hint of herbs, lightly bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Capped 750 from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours hazy orange with a slight white head. Aroma seems earthy/woody. Med + body. Flavor starts a bit chocolate! Goes earthy and citrus. Fairly dry finish Decent. A very different and tasty ale.

15/VIII/14 - 33cl bottle @ Internationaal Streekbierenfestival (Zwevegem) - BB: n/a (2014-907) Thanks to Johan and Fokke for sharing today's beers!
Little cloudy amber beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, non adheisve. Aroma: sweet, bit medicinal, fruity, plums, bit of banana, sugary touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sugary start, bitter touch, something off, bit medicinal, weird touch. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter, something weird, chemical or rubbery, alcohol, sugary sweetness. Meh. I hope this beer is better when they brew it themselves at home, as this one was brewed at Gulden Spoor, "to avoid shipment cost".
