How: Bottle.
Where: Bamberger Weissbierhaus, Bamberg.
Appearance: Golden beer with a white head.
Aroma: Banana, hops, wheat, grass.
Body: Watery thin body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet malt, banana, malt, wheat.

Day 1 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle split at Maisels Bamberg, 24/01/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is toned down banoffee pie, lgiht spice, bitter orange twang. Taste comprises grain, banana, light toffee, sugar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light grassy tones in the closure. Ok Leichtes.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, banana, and citrus, with touches of hops and malt. Sourish flavour of grain, with notes of banana and yeast. Rough, malty, and acetic finish. Quite refreshing, and not that bad for a light GH, but a little too sour for me.

50cl bottle from Bier Navigatie. Thin white head, Hazy blond pour. A bit thin tasting but that’s due to the low alcohol I guess. An ok weizen

A pale, yellowish weizen, fairly clear too. Flavour is light, mild spice and banana fruit.

Sourish and tart aroma with some spices, banana, hints of cardboard and mint. Flavour is sweetish and a bit short with banana, some bubblegum, hints of citrus and mint. Palate is a bit too thin and too high on CO2. A leichte weisse above average.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass modest zippy, small head. Starts mild, but not washy, modest yeasty, some fruity hints of apricot. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Tastes like a mild weizen, but not like a light one. Good.

Bottle @ Berlin/Bavaria Tasting, Odense. Pours clear dark golden with a creamy egg white head. Nose is sweet of wheat and banana. Lively carbonation. Thin palate. Dry and sweet end.

bottle. Cloudy orange yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Light-bodied, fruity (lemon zest, banana) with some nice malts and accents of caramel.
