0.5l bottle from hieber's. pours a cloudy orange with a big dense head. aroma of banana, bubblegum, pumpernickel, wet rags. flavour of banana, coriander. fizzy carbonation, citric acid in the finish. not really watery, but weird. I think I like their regular weizen better.

0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat' at 3.1% abv, best before October 2018. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of banana, cloves and wheat. Slightly sweet, quite dry, minimally bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of banana, cloves, wheat and some vanilla, followed by a short, dry, a little tartish, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice for a Leichte Weisse, probably a great summer beer!

Bottle, rating #6400, let's have some fun with this. Hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, fresh yeast, bready. Taste is mineralic, wheat, yeasty. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Okay, not the best Leichtes Hefeweizen out there.

Bottle. Cloudy copper, golden cream. Allspice and clove aroma. Light body, a bit fizzy. Pumpernickel graininess, dry on the palate, light orangepeel, a bit fruit bowl, light grassy finish. A bit overcarbonated but a easy drink.

Bottle split at Bamberger Weissbierhaus during the Bamberg Jolly. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy, white head. Light wheat character, dry wheat, banana chips. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Lightly drying to finish, with further dry and lightly sweet, crispy wheat. Good stuff, if a bit basic.
