On clear nights, it seems as if you can reach out and touch the stars. Cosmic Cream Ale is the perfect companion for idyllic, curious nights beneath the constellations. Brewed with a cosmic blend of European hops for a fruity and floral backbone, this ale is fermented warm then laid to rest at a cold, lagering temperature. The result is an elegant golden ale which is crisp, balanced and refreshing.

Aroma of light grains and sweet malt with very slight hops. Aroma is quite hoppy for the style. Some more sweet grains with a medium bitter finish. Drinkable, not great but not awful either.

Tangy orange, milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet orange-lemon, creamy biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

On tap at the hotel bar Mississauga. Faintly hazy deep yellow color with a tight white head that dissipates. Light apple and crackery bready pilsner with hints of earth and floral hops. Pretty good beer.

Like the cream of the crop, I rise to the top. I never eat a pig...oh wait, I do eat pig. It’s friggin’ delicious. But is Cameron’s Cream? Hmmmm...Pours a crystal clear golden with only half a finger of foam which ends up as a spotty sheet in minutes. Nose is all malts, cereal and bread. The taste too is malty, with bread and hay, with a little ?hops? bitterness that doesn’t really add much. Yep, this is beer, and drinkable, but in no way exceptional. It’s a little played out like as if it’s name was Sega.

Bouteille 341ml.
