We have taken some of our Luxembourgish cider and infused it with whole-cone Cascade hops. Cascade is a hop variety that hails from Oregon in the USA’s Pacific Northwest. First released in 1971, it is loved by craft brewers the world over for its signature citrus/floral aroma. In cider, it brings out distinctive lychee, tropical fruit notes.
We specially selected a base cider to bring out the full characteristics of Cascade, which in turn compliments the crisp acidity of our traditional cider apples.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, floral, sulphur, citrusy and some slight herbal tones. Flavour is apples, some slight supersweet sugary tones with mild acidity and some mild yeast.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow. Aroma of bubblegum, citrus and green apples. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Granny Smith with tangerine and hay. Distinct apple skin bitterness. Pleasant and interesting.

[ As Ramborn Cascade Hopped Cider ].
ABV: 7.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green appls, floral, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, floral, grass, apple, green apples, citrus, minerals, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml can from Scrattings. Clear pale gold. Floral elderflower nose. Taste is noticeably sweet, prominent cascade with good citrus and floral hop notes, strong elderflower, green apple, fine carbonation. Sweet, sugary verging on artificial but i'm sure it's not. Overall ok.

Clear gold yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: oh wow, nice, bit soapy, very floral, lots of apple juice, bit funky, apple pie, some mango, interesting, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, lovely, lots of apple juice, fresh sour apples, very refreshing. Aftertaste: apple skin, dry apple juice, good, lovely, nice acidity, dry finish, lots and lots of apples. Good stuff!
