Bottle picked up from Globus Plattling and consumed at home Saturday 5th October 2024 in the company of Craig and Stella, after Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna for tea and Toblerone Ice Cream and also Lemon Curd Ice Cream. Pours clear gold, sparkling with a white head, looks great. Lovely softness, a great boozy edge, nice champagne touch. Great, how the hell can Insel do something like this and the abomination that I had before from them.

0,33 l bottle swapped with Kristall-König. Thanks a lot! BB 01/2028. Slightly cloudy dark golden with a nearly two finger white head in the glass. Winery citrus fruity aroma. Taste starts fruity, honey, tard elements, pale grain, sugar sweetness and alcoholic background. Above average carbonated.

0.33 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before October 2026. A little hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity-floral, a little vinous aroma of gooseberry, white grapes, dextrose and some banana with a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly dry, gently fruity-floral and a bit vinous taste of gooseberry, white grapes, hay, some banana and hints of clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little tart, rather dry and minimally boozy finish. Decent brut ale, finally available in ticker-friendly bottles.

Bär meets Salzsau. Golden color and a white head. Belgian yeast, grapes, citric. Decent acidic, dryish. Not sure about that.

opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of earthy, yeasty-wine cellary, some citric acidy and grape seeds notes; taste has the same notes with syrupy and white wine notes; not bad
