Bottle from Hereford Beer House and drunk at home. Very dark ruby clear beer lasting tan head. Lovely schwarz bier. Good depth of flavour. Some malt some light tar. Some Christmas cake. Yes it's good. Bitterness on the finish. Rather a good dark beer I thought

Pours a nice, clear mid-brown, with an average sized off-white head that shows good retention and nice lacing. Good enough intensity in a rather simple aroma: darkish bread, caramel, a light sugary feel. Overall a malty but somewhat kind of fresh aroma (though i can't really pick up what makes it fresh). Taste notes: dark bread, caramel, a touch of brown sugar, possibly a hint of spiciness. Light floral/leafy notes in finish and afteraste. Overall this is medium to high sweet and medium bitter, but overall very well balanced, with a quite dry finish. Ligh to medium bodied with average carbonation, in an overall simple, clean mouthfeel. A well crafted, enjoyable dunkel.

Pours very dark, clear brown. Small , creamy, medium stable white head. Smell is very intense, bready (dark bread), full and intense. Taste is very full, dark bread, mild chocolate, slight bitterness, mild earthy hoparoma. Very balanced, refined, and easy drinkable. medium carbonation. Super tasty. Lovely beer !

Clear, dark brown colored, medium white-offwhite frothy head. Malty, caramel, rather dominant bready notes, light nuts, moderate sweet, light bitterness, bready sweet finish and aftertaste. Medium bodied, soft crbonation, bit oily. Mostly just bready with a hint of caramel.

Bottle courtesy of Boris - cheers! Pours translucent dark amber / brown with a good looking lasting foamy off-white head. Aroma of dark fruits, toffee, moderate roasted malts, light chocolate and a hint of nut. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, thin watery texture, average carbonation. Lacking in body.

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Real name this beer is: Krug-Brau Weihnachtsbier. Wyglad fajny, herbaciano-miedziana barwa, piekna spora czapowata piana, stoi trwale niczym snieg na choince na etykiecie tego piwa. Smakowo lekko karmelowo, cynamon w tle, slodowosc srednia chmielnosc niewielka ale wyczuwalna. Ogolnie fajne swiateczne piwo.
