2023 Can from Drafting Table. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of brown head that lingers, then dissipates. Lovely vanilla and maple aromas with big dark chocolate and milk chocolate notes. Smooth and medium to full bodied on the palate. More maple, chocolate, coffee and lingering vanilla. Bourbon comes through on the nose and palate and lingers on the finish. Great as usual.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with at thin light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice maple, bourbon and vanilla note that is balanced by dark grains and some bitter roasted malts. Flavor has some bitter dark roast and dark grains but maple comes through supported by vanilla and a bourbon note.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige foam that dissipates to a ring. Lovely maple, coffee and bourbon forward nose that goes on and on. Smooth maple syrup on the palate with light roasted chocolate malt, bourbon and vanilla notes. Lingering maple and chocolate on the finish with the bourbon not as hot as the other variants. Killer stuff.
