Our flagship Saison is rooted in the past but with a nod towards what we believe Saison should be: citrusy, tart, and effervescent with great drinkability. Brewed with imported Pilsener malt, domestic raw wheat, rye and flaked oats; bittered with aged German Hallertau hops and fresh Czech Saaz added for aroma. Aged in neutral French oak puncheons

On tap at Beer & Play. Hazy golden with a small white head. Kind of mild with funk, citrus, some malt and light grass. Quite nice.

Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is full, tart, fresh, lemon zesty, balanced and refined. Taste is full, sharp, tart, beautifully balanced. Very dry ending. Refined. very good !

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head. The aroma is yeast, wheat, lemon zest, oak, funk. Thin body, citrus, oak, light funk, nice tartness, very nice.
