Cask at a Glasgow beer event. Pours deep ruby, nose is toffee, vanilla, chocolate, taste is sweet, smoky, little grassy, chocolate.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Black with a thick creamy off-white head. Smoothish stout, but not too milky or stated in its character.
