We took a strong porter that we were souring in an oak whisky cask and added a large quantity of sharp wild plums directly to the barrel. The resulting beer has plum jam notes, balanced with a tangy sourness, dry finish and roast notes. Keg Only!

On tap at Fuggles Beer Cafe Tonbridge. Hazy dark brown colour lasting beige head. Wood oak plum dark fruits aroma. Decent in mouth. It's like an old ale. Sourness. Sour old ale with wood and plums. Pretty good.
