Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear orangy color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, quite hoppy, not that fruity it appears. Taste malts, hops, bitter hops, very bitter. I can handle it because I like bitterness, but I can understand people saying it is unbalanced. Oh well, one less successful beer, you can’t always win.

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy dark golden coloured, off-white head. Nose is hoppy, dry, grapefruits. Flavour is astringent and dry grapefruit hops. Very bitter, not very juicy or fruity. Unbalanced.

Draft at Uiltje. Thick creamy white head. Very hazy amber pour. Hoppy aroma. Too bitter. Not easy drinking

Draft at Uiltje. Pours cloudy brown with a small off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, grass and fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet and heavy bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way too bitter.

Tap @ De Drie Dorstige Herten, medium sample. Slight hazy golden color, short frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, slight grassy. Incredibly bitter taste, lots of grapefruit, almost astringent. Seems to be way out of balance towards extreme bitterness. Nice experiment, but I prefer their more balanced IPAs.
