Bottle at home ... light golden amber ... smalll white head ... herbal funk .. big barnyard funk fruit nose ... big tart sherbet fruits ... long funk .. earthy barnyard fruit ... not me but really pretty interesting

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy orange-ade. Thin head which disappears very quickly. Nose - the brett is dominant, winey sour. You'd have to look for the morello cherry to be honest. The orange is definitely there and I detect some smoke which I presume is from the ancho chilli. Taste - sour funky orange up front, then possibly some tropical fruit in the middle. The chilli hits briefly on the end but the sour returns to clean it out. Palate - light to medium bodied, extremely long and lean and tight. Overall - quite a journey on the palate, this one. Great stuff.
