Cask at the Guildford Arms. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of light smoke and roast malt. Taste is faintly fruity, light smoke and heat. Slightly thin texture. Smoky linger.

Bottle from Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon, consumed at home Tuesday 7th February 2017. Pours black (or thereabouts) there may have been a head but its disappeared. Nice softness in the mouth, good smokiness, this is a good beer really good balance, pleasant warmth, enjoying this, its almost sessionable its really easy drinking, a little spicy coca cola, yep liking this, good stuff.
