Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Keg at the Waylon - NYC. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Pretty basic stuff, some bread, doughy wheat, citrus. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Bitter finish with some citrus rind, wheat bread, mild piney hops. So so.

Draft at GBD in Washington DC. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a fuffy white head. Aroma was some straw wheat notes, sweet notes. Flavor was notes of light fruity sweetness, agave. Other than that - it’s so so.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a decent looking hazy orange to gold color with a one finger white foamy head that died within less than thirty seconds.
The lacing was slightly stringy.
The smell was sweet citrus (little bit of lemon and orange) with a little bit of refreshing sweet grassy fruit (agave, I’m guessing).
The taste was sweet and somewhat grassy. There’s a slight wheatiness to it.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionable quality about it. There’s a slight refreshing long sweet texture accommodating this feel.
Overall, first time I had this I didn’t like it, but this time, yeah, hit the spot.
