Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Bottle: Agressive pour yields a finger of creamy eggshell/white head on top of a pale golden/orange body with a light haze. At first sniff, the aroma is lightly sweet and malty. The wheat becomes more prevalent as it warms. Aside from knowing agave is used, the flavor is not apparent. Nice crisp and clean wheat ale... there is a light sweetness, but the main attraction is the wheat. Decent session brew.

On draft at westover beer haus. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma fruity aroma. Flavors of orange. Not tasting the agave but the flavors are pretty nice.

Had a friend over for dinner and he brought some of this, so I figured I might as well rate it - the texture was nice - the wheat malt was soft and flavorful - not a fan of the agave addition - too much sweetness - an odd bitterness halfway through - easy drinking, but not entirely enjoyable for me.

Bottle. Sour wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Minimally sweet wheat malt and light agave flavor. Really does work well.

Tap. Pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet of lemons, oranges, and wheat. Taste is medium sweet wheat, oranges, and something unusual.

Bottle. Wheat malt, bread, and sweet orange aroma. Hazy golden with a small off-white head. Sweet malt, yeast and citrus flavor with just the slightest hint of bitterness.. Light to medium body and carbonation. Nothing special, but I’d drink it on a hot day.

Corn, beans, lemon, and bread aroma. Cloudy amber, thin head. Tangy and bready, neither of which is terribly pleasing. Finishes with a coriander kiss, which is quite unexpected but welcome. Basically a tangy mess and an example of the perceived inferior American wheat ale. Maybe some people like it, but not me.

Hazy blonde. Medium head. The aroma is faint with some yeasty notes and a light, indistinct fruitiness. Refreshing, lightly fruity and lightly yeasty. A decent American Wheat. Though I’m not getting much agave specifically, it still has some nuance. Perfectly enjoyable example.
